Important: Notice on Fraud and Online Theft
The Bikers' Den takes fraudulent orders and reports of fraud seriously. If your order is reported and verified as fraud, all relevant details will be reported to the IC3 and all applicable authorities. The IC3 shares information with the FBI and other agencies for the purpose of investigating all aspects of the fradulent order. Credit card fraud stands hand to hand with identify theft. Punishment can be up to 5, 15, 20, or 30 years in federal prison, plus fines. In addition, punishments for the unlawful use of "means of identification" were strengthened in § 1028A ("Aggravated Identity Theft"), allowing for consecutive sentences under specific enumerated felony violations.

Customers Please Note: Although our offices are located in Canada, most of our merchandise is shipped directly from our U.S. Warehouse. Due to the fact that 90% of our customers are U.S. Residents, and to better serve our customers, we found that it would be better to ship directly from our U.S. Warehouse.
Canadian and International Customers are responsible for custom duties, taxes and fees that would normally be charged for products purchased in the US. Please check with your country's customs department for more information. We do ship International Orders through the Postal Service as they charge only a fraction of the Duties and Customs fees that Courier Companies charge for International Shipments.
The customer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and any other storage or custom related fees. We recommend that non-U.S. Bikers' Den customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and supplied. Refused shipments will incur a 10% restocking fee. We are sorry, but we are unable to refund the shipping charges on refused shipments.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on US civic holidays will be processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. These processing times are approximations only, and it is possible for some orders to take longer than stated.
For customers in the United States, shipping time for Regular Deliveries are approximately 7 - 10 business days while Priority shipments are usually delivered in 4 - 7 business days. For Canadian & International orders, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date due to the different policies of custom departments in each country. These delivery times are approximations only, and it is possible for some deliveries to take longer than stated.
International Shipments: International Orders can take an extra 5 to 10 business days to ship if the items ordered are not in stock in our main warehouse in Oregon. If an International order does not meet our fraud screening and security department inquiries, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer this simple 30 Day Product Exchange / Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date your order was received. Before returning an item, please follow the return instructions below and include a copy of the invoice that was shipped along with the products you are returning. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and/or display visible signs of use. Additionally, all shipping charges incurred to exchange an item(s), are the customers responsibility.
When we have received your returned products, we will issue a credit to your credit card equaling the cost of the item. ** Clearance items will receive store credit only. ** Original shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. Also note, when returning an item that was originally a free shipping promotion, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount or store credit. We are unable to accept C.O.D. returns. In the event that we ship an incorrect item, however, please email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label at no charge.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time that we receive your returned product for the credit to be issued to your credit card. Your Credit Card Company may take as long as 10 days to have the credit appear on your statement. Exchanges are shipped within 2 to 7 business days from the day the return is received.

Other Important Information Regarding Returns & Exchanges...
All returns for refund must be received back within 15 days of the RA# being issued, any return received after the 15 days will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. All returns must have an RA number clearly displayed in LARGE BLACK LETTERING on the OUTSIDE of the package. If a return does not have an RA number the package may be refused or sent back to you at your expense.
- Unauthorized Returns: All authorized returns will have NO restocking fee, however, any unauthorized returns may be refused or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Defective Merchandise: If the product you receive is defective, please contact us within 3 days, we also recommend that you email pictures for our reference. Defective items will not be accepted back for return or exchange after the 3 days. In the event that we do send you a defective item we will authorize a prepaid shipping label, once the item has been inspected and confirmed defective we will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you. We will determine whether the returned products are in fact defective. We are not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out. All merchandise deemed not defective will be returned to you at your expense.

Promotions: Please note any free merchandise promotion we offer is expected back in the event you return your purchase for a refund. If we do not receive them back, the product cost will be subtracted from your refund. Free shipping promotions only include the shipping charges on the Original Order and do not extend to Exchange Orders. Also note, when returning an item that was originally a free shipping promotion, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount or store credit.

Christmas Gift Returns & Exchanges: If purchasing a Christmas gift in the months of October, November or December, the purchaser or recipient has until January 25th to return the gift for store credit or exchange only. Refunds for Christmas Gift orders are subject to our return policy as stated above.

Store Credit: Once issued, store credit cannot be refunded. If a purchase is made with store credit and a return is performed on that purchase, the amount of store credit will be re-issued to your store credit balance.

We frequently offers special promotions and coupons to our customers. Coupons are automatically set to expire after a specified date. Each customer can use valid coupons on multiple orders until the coupon has expired. In some cases, we issue one-time use coupons allowing the recipient to use it only once on a single order. Placing multiple orders with the same one-time use coupon will result in the cancellation of all orders, except the original order.

We do our best to keep our warehouses fully stocked. However, due to the popularity of some of our products, there may be times when certain products are temporarily out of stock. If an order contains a product that is out of stock, the customer will be notified by email or phone during the initial processing time frame of 1-3 business days. Upon receiving notification of a backordered item, the customer will have the option to substitute for a different product that is currently in stock, receive a full refund, or wait for the backorder until it is received into stock. Customers will always be given an estimated delivery date, when possible. Backordered products will be shipped as soon as they become available and customers will be notified of the tracking number by email. We will always notify customers of early or delayed shipments whenever possible.

In most cases, we try to ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner. We realize, however, that sometimes changes or cancellation of your order is necessary. To allow for a fair cancellation policy, and yet allow for quick delivery times, we will begin physically processing your shipment after 1 - 3 days of receiving your order. This gives you a 24 hour window, from the time you placed your order, to make changes or to cancel.
